Goldilocks on Trial & and Be a Roald Dahl Illustrator

Tang Hall Explore at The Centre @ Burnholme
29th July 2016 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm Free

This is a free drop in session and you do not need to book to come. You can stay for 2 hours or just a short time!

You are welcome to attend even if you do not want to work towards gaining your Arts Award Discover qualification. Try both our activities and work towards gaining your Arts Award Discover.

Goldilocks on Trial

How would you feel if someone broke into your house? Come and join Mud Pie Arts and be part of the jury to decide the fate of Goldilocks.

“When… Goldilocks, that little toad, That nosey thieving little louse, Comes sneaking in your empty house.”

Hear Goldilocks’ side of the story as she tells it in Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes.

Be a Roald Dahl Illustrator

Draw your favourite Roald Dahl character or make up a character that Roald Dahl would have liked to have in one of his books and draw them in the style of our favourite Roald Dahl illustrator, Quentin Blake.

Particularly aimed at 5 – 9 year olds, although any age can take part.

Part of the Summer Reading Challenge 2016.
