Virginia Woolf

Virginia Woolf’s ‘Mrs Dalloway’ is set 5 years after the end of the First World War, and the reverberations of that conflict echo through the novel. Themes of trauma, loss, and memory permeate both this novel and Pat Barker’s ‘Regeneration’.

Join us for a roundtable discussion of the connections between novels written nearly 70 years apart, led by leading Woolf scholars from Leeds Trinity University.
